We're pleased to unveil our partnership with LevelUp, a force multiplier that expands Menufy's online food ordering availability through new distribution channels.
As part of the Menufy + LevelUp integration, current and future partner restaurants are entered into the LevelUp and Chase Pay apps, and soon, the Yelp app. When customers order online from these mobile apps, payments and order alerts are sent to Menufy and then to the restaurant, as usual.
How will restaurants benefit?
The broad exposure to new customers will generate higher order volume and revenue potential for restaurants.
How large is the new audience?
- The LevelUp app serves nearly 1 million monthly active users with access to our online ordering menus.
- The Chase Pay app enables over 93 million customers to place online orders at Menufy restaurant.
- When the Yelp integration is complete, over 188 million Yelp reviewers can order from Menufy restaurants directly through the Yelp app.
Is it free for restaurants?
Yes, the LevelUp, Chase Pay, and the upcoming Yelp integrations are cost-free for Menufy's partner restaurants.
LevelUp aims to build the next-generation mobile payment network, connecting consumers and merchants with a seamless payments experience that blends payments, analytics and rewards. LevelUp is bringing this technology to market in three distinct ways; via the LevelUp app which lets consumers order ahead and skip the line at their favorite lunch spots, embedded into partner restaurant apps to provide a full-stack customer engagement solution, and via an open developer platform that powers over 200 mobile apps. LevelUp is based in Boston, MA and backed by leading investors such as Google Ventures, Highland Capital and JPMorgan Chase. LevelUp app download.
About Chase Pay
Chase Pay is a digital wallet that can be used for mobile payments (download: Apple App Store | Google Play). When transacting with Chase Pay, restaurants receive a payment token from customers (i.e. a substitute account number). Tokenized payments are more secure for customers and minimize risk for businesses. Chase does not share account credentials and credit card numbers with merchants.
Yelp connects customers with local businesses through Yelp.com and the Yelp mobile app (download: Apple App Store| Google Play). It hosts crowd-sourced reviews, social networking, and offers table reservation services. As of the end of Q3 2017, Yelpers have contributed more than 142 million reviews.
