Eligibility

The Menufy Referral Program is available exclusively to current Menufy restaurant customers in good standing.

Participants may be eligible to receive either:

• A $150 referral payout, paid via ACH upon submission of required W9 and banking information, or
• A $150 credit applied to the referring customer’s billing account if the referring customer is subscribed to the Menufy MRR/ARR product, effective 11/1/2025.

Menufy will determine the appropriate reward method based on the referring customer’s product subscription.

Qualifying Referral Requirements

To qualify for a referral reward, the referred restaurant must:

• Not have been an active Menufy customer within the preceding twelve (12) months.
• Be a new business to Menufy, and not an additional location owned, operated, or affiliated with the referring customer.
• Be serviceable for Menufy online ordering services.
• Complete onboarding and successfully launch a Menufy online ordering website.
• Remain live, active, and in good standing for a minimum of ninety (90) consecutive days following go-live.

Self-referrals, referrals of businesses owned or operated by the referring customer, or referrals of additional locations owned by the same business entity are not permitted and will be considered null and void.

Reward Issuance

The referral reward will be issued after the referred restaurant has:

• Successfully launched its Menufy online ordering website,
• Remained live and active for ninety (90) days, and
• Met all program eligibility requirements.

For customers eligible for account credits, the $150 credit will be applied to the referring customer’s Menufy billing account.

For customers eligible for cash payouts, payment will be issued via ACH transfer after the required documentation has been submitted.

W9 and Payment Requirements

For referral rewards paid via cash payout:

• A completed W9 form and valid banking information must be submitted by the referring customer.
• All required documentation must be received within ninety (90) days of the referral submission.
• If W9 and banking information are not received within the required timeframe, the referral reward will be forfeited, and no payout will be issued.
• Menufy will not pursue or request missing documentation beyond the requirements stated in these terms.

Reward Terms

Referral rewards may be issued either as a $150 cash payout or a $150 credit applied to the referring customer’s Menufy billing account, depending on the referring customer’s product subscription and eligibility.

Cash Payouts

Cash referral rewards:

• Are issued in the amount of $150 per qualifying referral.
• Will be paid via ACH transfer upon receipt of a completed W9 form and valid banking information.
• Are non-transferable and will only be issued to the referring customer.
• Cannot be reassigned, transferred, or issued to another party.

Account Credits

Referral credits:

• Are issued in the amount of $150 per qualifying referral.
• Will be applied directly to the referring customer’s Menufy billing account.
• Are non-transferable and may only be applied to the referring customer’s account.
• May not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
• May not be applied toward additional locations owned or operated by the referring customer.

Program Administration

• Menufy reserves the right to verify all referrals and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Menufy further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
