ROLLING RE-ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN
The Rolling Re-engagement Campaign is an email blast designed to wake up your sleepy customers and re-introduce your restaurant to people who have not ordered in the last 30, 60, or 90 days.
Included in the email blast is a promo that must be redeemed within 3 days, creating a sense of urgency for the user, which will get them back to your store quicker.
CUSTOMER CONVERSION CARD CAMPAIGN
Customer conversion cards are a simple solution for converting customers. We’ll design branded coupon cards for you to place in the bags of 3rd party orders. This will encourage people to order directly from your actual website next time— which will save you from paying hefty 3rd party commission fees.
Plus, the customer will be added to your marketing database for future marketing outreach!
FEEDBACK SURVEY CAMPAIGN
Offer customers an alternative to online review sites by opening your lines of communication with the Feedback Survey Campaign. They’ll feel seen and heard while you collect valuable insights and data on their order experience.
Mechanics:
90 minutes after an online order is placed, a survey is emailed to your customer, asking them for feedback on their experience with your restaurant.
Once submitted, the customer’s feedback results are sent directly to your inbox.
Objective: Prompt your customers to give feedback on their meal experience.

Trigger: Automatically sent to a customer 90 minutes after their online order is placed.

KICKSTART CAMPAIGN*
Our newest campaign type is called the Kickstart. This campaign is designed to start your service off with a bang by blasting your customer opt-in list with a one-time-use incentive via email + a reminder blast.
Mechanics:
First, an email blast is sent to your opt-in list containing a promotional offer that will expire in 3-days. An “ORDER ONLINE NOW” link is included along with a promo code.
A follow-up reminder email blast is sent to your opt-in list reminding users that the promo will expire in 24 hours.
Objective: To introduce your customers to your new marketing service and reintroduce your brand
Target Audience: Existing opt-in customer database and/or your external database
Trigger: Manually blasted at the beginning stages of your service

HABIT BOOSTER CAMPAIGN*
The habit booster campaign is designed to turn your casual customers into loyal patrons. This campaign uses real-time order data to create a 3 part marketing funnel to influence users to re-order from you within a 2-week window of time.
*Restaurants operating in Florida will not include an MMS campaign. They will include an additional email reminder to replace the MMS.
